To provide service to our dependable customer network, Southern Cal drivers are required to have a Hazardous Materials endorsement on their CDL. We will provide assistance to you to help you obtain the endorsement, and reimburse the cost of your required background check.

Increases: 1/2 CPM annual increase each year at anniversary date until a max of $0.36 is reached
Stop-Off Pay: $20
Layover Pay: $35 per day, per driver OVER 24 hourse (Loads are 80% drop & hook, so layover is very rare)
Vacation Pay: After 1 full year of service, paid at anniversary date
Holiday Pay: $50 (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
Lumper Fees: Paid for, although unloading is rare
Pay Frequency: Direct Deposit weekly and no Hold Back
Per Diem (Tax Deferment): Optional
Referral Bonus: $1,000 for team, $500 for company driver or Owner Operator
Health Insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
($18/week - Single, $76/week - Single +1, $98/week - Family) Active first day of the month after 90 days employment
Life Insurance: $10,000 at no charge
Other Insurance: Optical and Dental available at reasonable rates
401(k): Southern Cal matches 50% of your first 4%
Home Time: Very consistent home time
Rider Program: Spouse, child (10 years or older), or parent
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome
PrePass/EZ Pass: Furnished at no charge
Axle Scale Weighing: Paid
True PrePlan Dispatch System: Typically, you will know which loads you will handle the next day
Fleet Management: You will speak with the same person every day
