Compensation: $0.85 per loaded or empty dispatched mile*
Fuel Surcharge: Changed weekly, based on DOE weekly avg. fuel price. Paid on loaded miles only
Escrow Account: $500 Lease/Maintenance escrow, deducted at $50/week. More may be placed in escrow if wanted
Lumper Fees: Paid for, although unloading is rare
Referral Bonus: $1,000 for team, $500 for company driver or Owner Operator
Tires: Company national account discount available
Fuel Card: EFS Fuel Card

Fuel Tax Reporting: Taken care of by Southern Cal with no charge-back
Tag Registration: Apportioned plate provided at no charge. Tag must be re-titled in TN to qualify for company paid
apportioned plate.
Solos: Average miles/week: 2,500-3,000. Average length of haul: 725 miles
Teams: Average miles/week: 6,000-7,000. Average length of haul: 1,850
Tractor Specs: Must be able to pass thorough DOT inspection. No age restriction. Must be compatible with company
trailers and be able to scale minimum of 45,000 lbs
Satellite Communication Unit (Aether): $39/month, with no installation fee
*Unpaid miles: Southern Cal makes every attempt to dispatch a load through your home when you are due for hometime. Out-of-Route miles to your home are not compensated.
